Amber Portwood opened Tuesday about her strained relationship with her 12-year-old daughter Leah in a new preview for Teen Mom OG.

In an emotional clip from the popular MTV series, the reality star, 31, who shot to fame on the 16th and became pregnant in 2009, while revealing that it was ‘months’ since she had seen her eldest that she shares with former fiancé Gary Shirley.

‘I feel like I’ll never win,’ admitted the Indiana native. ‘I wish we had a great co-parent family that I thought we had until it got weird.’

Speaking to Teen Mom AND executive producer Larry, she added: ‘Suddenly Leah just started looking weird and turning me on.’

Portwood explained that the behavior was out of character for her little girl who ‘does not ignore’ her.

‘Even though I take responsibility for every offense I’ve ever done, it just feels like it’s never enough,’ the mother of two worried. ‘The only thing I can say is apologize and try to move on.’

‘I can not sit here and make her think of things that are not true about me because I am her mother,’ she remarked, before revealing that she has tried to write and text her preteen several times .

Despite trying to contact Leah to repair their relationship, Portwood fears that her daughter may have blocked her number and never received the messages.

‘How many times do I have to apologize? They do not hear me? … How many times do I have to apologize? asked the TV personality greedily.

Earlier this month, she first talked about ‘fighting’ to get in touch with her daughter.

‘My relationship with her has changed a lot. I’ve not seen her in a long time, ‘Portwood admitted.

Over the years, Portwood has faced legal issues, including an arrest in July 2019 for assaulting his girlfriend at the time Andrew Glennon while holding their son James, three.
